Leveraging a unique blend of skills, Arthur has guided buyers and sellers in many of our coasts most desirable neighborhoods with impeccable service, market intelligence, innovative marketing, honesty, and integrity. 

With a degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley, 18 years as an investor buying and selling Residential Real Estate in LA and Orange County, 20 years working in the world of Feature Film Visual Effects and Marketing, and lifelong connections to Newport Beach, Arthur provides a distinct perspective to the sale or purchase of your home. This foundation helps him unearth opportunities and uncover concerns, leveraging them to his client's greatest advantage. 

Arthur was raised on Lido Isle. Having grown up in Newport, he is able to share a first-hand perspective of Coastal Orange County and all it has to offer. While his deep network allows him to reach further into the community, often discovering properties before they hit the market. 

Arthur is an active member of the local community, happily supporting The Environmental Nature Center and Preschool as a Board Member, Compass Agents For Art as a Founding Board Member, The NHHS Alumni Collective, Newport Harbor Water Polo, The Orange County Museum Of Art, and the Laguna Art Museum.
