Our family has worked with Katie twice now and on both ends of the transaction (buying and selling). She and her team were wonderful every step of the way. Phone calls and texts were immediately responded to. When we requested to view homes she would get us in, often the same day. She was supportive and kind when we were undecided, she never pushed or pressured us and always kept a good sense of humor. This most recent home sale and search happened during the COVID pandemic, which you can imagine made things much more complicated, but Katie and her team handled all the extra paperwork and requirements with no problems. We have little doubt that one of the main reasons we got our most recent home (which had multiple offers) was because the realtor knew Katie. Once our offer was accepted Katie and her team got us closed, including getting a loan approved and funded, in less than 30 days.....during the pandemic!
