Hryer's journey began as a custom home builder in the Bay Area, crafting dream homes for clients seeking unique and bespoke living spaces. This foundation evolved as Hryer delved into the world of structuring creative financing solutions for a diverse clientele, ranging from seasoned investors to international buyers and first-time home buyers.

In 2011, Hryer moved to Beverly Hills, where he honed his understanding of luxury real estate. This experience equipped Hryer with exceptional skills navigating high-end transactions with ease and finesse. In 2016, Hryer and his wife Parisa decided move to Orange County and raise their two children.

They are active members in their community and schools.
