Katie Machoskie consistently ranks in the top 1% of Newport Beach, CA, agents and has been named a REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents from 2017-2024, closing over $1.4 Billion in career sales. Katie is the Orange County, CA representative of The Private Client Network, a national team of Compass agents selling over $7.8 Billion in 2024. She founded the KTs of Compass, a networking group of Compass agents, and is a founding member of the Compass Military Division. Katie's team of real estate professionals have expertise in specific parts of Orange County, and many are bilingual, speaking Armenian, Mandarin, Spanish, and Russian. 

A Southern California native, Katie earned a B.A. in English Literature from UCLA and has an extensive marketing and public relations background for Fortune 500 companies, the entertainment industry, and has raised over $200 million in donations during her non-profit career. Katie volunteers in her community and is the Treasurer & Secretary of an HOA board.
