Sammy Dunaev was born and raised in Los Angeles, however her love for Orange County from a young age brought her to Newport Beach where she joined the Machoskie & Associates team at COMPASS. Sammy’s dedication to customer service and client satisfaction aids in fulfilling her goal that each client’s needs and expectations are not just met, but exceeded. Her attention to detail, interpersonal skills and understanding the client’s desired outcome in a real estate venture creates a relationship of trust and confidence between her and her clients. Her experience rennovating her own home and her innate sense of style and design allows her to offer her clients a unique skillset.

Sammy graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Legal Studies. As it became time for Law School applications, Sammy quickly realized that Law was not her passion, it was real estate. Assisting in what is likely one of the most important transactions in one’s lifetime is what drew Sammy to becoming an agent herself. Seeing the smile on a client’s face at the conclusion of a transaction is what makes it worthwhile.

Sammy currently resides with her husband, son, and two dogs in Coto De Caza. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family, working out, cooking and traveling. Sammy is a first generation American, who is of Russian/Ukrainian descent and is fluent in Russian.
