Quite possibly the most exclusive gated community in Newport Harbor, Harbor Island overlooks the main bay and turning basin. This intimate island of 30 single family homes has been home to Hollywood stars, music industry titans, ambassadors and Fortune 50 CEO's. This island was created when a delta was dredged in the early 20th century. Original homes were built between the 1940s and 1950s.
